Continuing Education Units (CEUs) Available for Licensed Creative Arts Therapists.
All courses are offered on weekends or 1-2 weekdays.
Dramasol, LLC is recognized by the New York State Education Department's State Board for Mental Health Practitioners as an approved provider of continuing education for licensed creative arts therapists #CAT-0124.
Dramasol courses are for professional development and are designed to meet the continuing education requirements for LCATS. At the end of each course, you will receive a certificate of completion. Use the contact form to send questions about continuing education courses and certificates.
ENACT DRAMA THERAPY INTENSIVE
Stage 1— (Acts1 & 2)
State-Approved Continuing Education for LCATs
ENACT Professional Certification Program: Stage 1
The complete ENACT Practitioner Certification consists of 120 training hours across a five-stage experiential journey. designed to provide practical knowledge and clinical competence in the ENACT Drama Therapy Method.
Stage 1, consisting of Act 1 and Act 2, is currently open for enrollment and provides 30 CE hours. The remaining stages are still in development and will be offered at a later date. Dates and enrollment information will be announced as they become available.
Participants will receie a Certificate of Completion and applicable CE credit for each completed part of Stage 1. Sucesfully completing Stage 1 will count toward the full 120-hour ENACT Practitioner Certification.
Act 1: Online Foundations — 15 CE Hours
Five live online sessions covering the theoretical foundations of the ENACT Method, the Stuck in a Role Framework, Emotional Regulation Theater Games, clinical examples, and preparation for the in-person immersion.

Act 2: NYC Experiential Immersion — 16 total hours ( including a 1-hour meal break;15 CE Hours)
A 2-day in-person intensive in Midtown NYC covering embodied enactments, experiential group work, facilitation practice, and guided reflection. Act 2 builds upon Act 1.
Important Prerequisite: Act 2 is not offered as a stand -alone training. Participants attending Act 2 must be enrolled in Act 1 and have completed the first four online sessions. All Act 1 participants will then attend the final online Foundations session on October 21.

COURSE DESCRIPTION
This ENACT Intensive begins with Act 1, a 15-hour online Foundations course. Participants who wish to complete the full 30-hour Stage 1 experience must also enroll in Act 2, the in-person experiential immersion in NYC.
Together, Acts 1 and 2 offer a deeply experiential introduction to the ENACT Drama Therapy Method for clinicians, teachers, teaching artists, and drama therapy students.
Participants will learn from a field-tested clinical method developed through more than 30 years of clinical and educational work with over 250,000 young people.
Stages 2, 3, 4, and 5 comprise the additional training required to complete the 120-hour ENACT Professional Certification Program and become a certified ENACT Practitioner. These stages are still in development and will be offered at a later date.
PLEASE NOTE: Act 2 is not offered as a stand-alone training. Participants attending Act 2 must be enrolled in Act 1 and have completed the first four online sessions. Participants may take Act 1 without continuing to Act 2; however, both Acts are required to complete Stage 1.
Participants receive a Certificate of Completion and applicable CE credit for each completed part of Stage 1. Completion of all five stages is required to earn the designation “ENACT Practitioner.”
