Course Description: In this engaging, experiential online workshop, participants will explore how unconscious roles develop, how they shape identity and relationships, and how individuals become trapped in limiting patterns of behavior and emotional survival. Drawing from over 30 years of clinical experience, Diana Feldman introduces practical and experiential tolls for recognizing, understanding, and transforming stuck roles in clinical, educational, and personal setting. Course Description: This experiential workshop explores how protective roles develop in response to trauma, attachments disruptions, and survival needs. Participants will examine the functions of roles such as caretaker, achiever, rebel, invisible child, and rescuer, and explore the hidden emotional costs of remaining “stuck” in protective patterns. Drawing on attachment theory and embodied role work, the workshop offers practical and creative approaches to help adolescents and adults move from survival-based identities toward greater flexibility and authenticity. Ideal for clinicians, educators, expressive arts therapists, and trauma-informed practitioners.

Course Description
The ENACT Intensive is offered in a flexible format. The core training is available virtually for international participants, while an optional in-person immersion in NYC provides embodied experiential practice of the method. This 45-hour intensive offers a deeply experiential introduction to the ENACT Drama Therapy Method for professionals and drama therapy students who want to learn from a field-tested clinical method developed over 30 years of clinical and educational work with more than 250,000 youth. This training is designed around working with teens, but its methods apply to anyone who works with groups. It will give you practical tools you can immediately integrate into your clinical or educational practice.
Program Overview Total: 50 hours of training | 45 CEU hours
Module 1 — Online Training: 28 hours (25 online hours + 3 hours home study) | 25 CEUs | $965
Module 1.1 — In-Person Immersion: 22 hours (18 in-person hours + 4 hours home study) | 20 CEUs | $775
Module 1 is a prerequisite for Module 11. Participants may take Module 1 as a standalone training and will receive a Certificate of Completion. Participants who complete both Module 1 and Module 11 will receive a Certificate and may identify themselves as Level 1 ENACT Trainers.
