About Dramasol

At Dramasol LLC, we believe in the transformative power of drama therapy to unlock potential and foster healing.
Our unique approach, centered around the evidence-based ENACT Drama Therapy Method, provides a safe and dynamic space for individuals to explore complex emotions, develop new coping strategies, and build stronger interpersonal skills. This creative arts therapy modality is particularly effective for those who find traditional talk therapy challenging, offering a non-verbal avenue for expression and growth.

Drama therapy is more than just acting; it's a therapeutic process that utilizes dramatic techniques to help clients achieve personal growth and mental well-being. Through role-playing, storytelling, and improvisation, participants can gain insight into their behaviors, process past experiences, and rehearse new ways of being in the world. Our specialized programs are designed to address a range of issues, from developmental trauma in adolescents to enhancing communication skills for professionals, all within the supportive framework of drama therapy.

“When the mind cannot process trauma, it is stored in the body, where it becomes stuck in armored defenses, appearing in posture, attitude, and facial expressions.”
